Tasting : The very pale golden colour reveals a fine column of bubbles, testimony of ageing on lees for a minimum of 18 months.( The nose is fresh and elegant with a subtle floral touch. In the mouth the wine is dry, with a generous note on the palate. All of the finesse of Pinot Blanc and the body of Pinot Auxerrois are optimised using the Traditional Method. As an aperitif, it can be enjoyed on its own or as a classy base for a great Kir Royal. It is also the perfect accompaniment to a sauerkraut royale.
