Tasting : Aged half in barrels and half in stainless steel vats, to preserve the fruit. Pretty ruby red colour. Fruity aromatic caharacter (red fruit, cherry, blackcurrant), with slight smoky notes. The palate testifies to the richness of this vintage, whereby the yield of Pinot Noir has been notoriously low. Well structured, the mid-palate is full and the tannins, well present, are finely scultped, giving the wine a supple and harmonious character
