The Château Saint Roux is located in Provence. The estate covers a total surface area of 40 hectares of vines cultivated in bio agriculture. The Château Saint Roux’s name comes from the color of the soil, rich and the color of the land with orange glints. Thanks to this terroir, the vines develop a complexity of flavors that is popular. During the grape harvest, the grapes are harvested manually. The estate offers you cuvées under different appellations, AOP Côtes de Provence with the range Le Pigeonnier, and the Châeau Saint Roux and IGP Maures with the range Friponne. The Château Saint Roux rosé expresses its terroir, its complexity and structure in this cuvée. The estate cultivates original grape varieties such as Le Viognier, le Colombard, le Merlot, le Marcello and le Nielluccio…The estate also like to innovate and analyze the grape varieties facing global warming such as le Mourvèdre grey and white, le Touriga Nacional and le Calabrese.
