Its history stretches back even further, as the monks of Cluny Abbey had already cleared these hills centuries earlier to plant vines. Today, the estate blends centuries-old tradition with modern winemaking practices.

With 26 hectares of vines planted on steep granite slopes, the vineyard benefits from an exceptional terroir that gives the wines their elegance, finesse, and unique identity.

The Chiroubles vineyard is known as the highest in Beaujolais, with slopes reaching up to 400 meters in altitude. This unique landscape, combined with poor but perfectly adapted granite soils, produces delicate, perfumed, and fruit-driven wines.
