In the south-east of France, the very sunny vineyard of Provence extends over approximately 200km between the Mediterranean and the Alps, in the Bouches-du-Rhône, the Var and the Alpes Maritimes. It includes the AOC Palette.

The appellation area of this AOC extends over the territory of the communes of Meyreuil, Tholonet and Aix-en-Provence (Bouches-du-Rhône) on approximately 46 hectares of mainly calcareous and stony soils. Grenache, Cinsault, Clairette and Mourvèdre vines are mainly subject to the Mediterranean climate, which is both very sunny and tempered by the mistral of this geographical area, and allow the production of white, rosé and red wines. These wines are known for being fleshy and robust (reds), round and fruity (rosés), structured and long in the mouth (whites). All three colours have good aging potential, lasting up to 15 years for red wines and 10 years for white wines.
