Rhum
Rum is a famous spirit from the West Indies, produced from sugar cane. Fermentation, distillation and ageing are the three main stages in its production. The color of the spirit depends on the latter: white rum is aged in stainless steel vats, amber rum in oak barrels. It can be enjoyed in the evening, after a good meal, with or without ice...
