Harvest from rugged, south-facing sloped on the Chalus terroir to the south of the Côtes d'Auvergne, this Concept Blanc has been designed, trained, vinified and matured to feature among the greats.Small yields of 35 Hl/Ha, vinification (alcoholic and malolactic) in barrels after pressing, racking must and ageing in new barrels for 9 months, making this wine fantastic.A beautiful clear yellow colour with golden glints, a fresh nose of lemon, white fruits (vine peach, pear) and a barely perceptible woody note. Ample in the mouth, surprisingly fresh with white fruits and citrus notes, a slightly sharper note underneath (ginger) and a long finish where freshness and minerality mingle to never finish.
