It features a red colour with silky, well-blended tannins where red fruits reveal the low yield that enables it to express its flavoursome qualities. The Pinot will improve over 5 to 6 years following its harvest, enabling the relatively complex aromas of this wine to be revealed. Storage time: 6 to 7 years Alcohol by volume: 12% vol Serving temperature: Room temperature (around 17° to 18° C). To enjoy our wine at its best, we advise you to open the bottle an hour before serving and/or decanting it.
