Grape varieties:: 100% Gamay Terroir: Clay-limestone soil Characteristics: Gamay has a quality that belongs to Bugey producing a typical wine that it is a delight and a surprise to discover.This is a colourful wine with aromas of red fruits such as blackcurrant, raspberries, cherries, blackberries... The aromas will be fully expressed for 2 to 3 years and will then evolve on to more specific notes of blackcurrant and smokiness. Storage time: 3 to 4 years Alcohol by volume: 12% vol Serving temperature: 17° to 18°C Food and wine pairing: Gamay is a light wine that is easy to drink whatever the occasion. It will go particularly well with charcuterie, cold meats and light meals.
