Grape varieties:: 80% Gamay, 20% Pinot Terroir: Clay-limestone soil Characteristics: This Rosé is distinguished by its fruity character with aromas of red fruits and touches of blackcurrant buds. Sweet and honest on the palate with a pleasant fruitiness and a fresh finish. The grapes are pressed immediately on arrival at the windery and set to ferment after must racking (separation of the solids from the juice). Fermentation occurs naturally with native yeasts (that are naturally present in the skin of the grape). Storage time: 3 to 4 years Alcohol by volume: 12% vol Serving temperature: 8° to 10° C
