In Passy sur Marne, a typical village surrounded by slopes in the heart of the Marne Valley, Martine and Pascal Serveaux, along with their children, cultivate the natural richness of their 15-ha terroir with passion. They grow three Champagne varieties, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. They understand their different plots perfectly and this comes through in the quality of their wine. All year round, with the rhythm of the seasons and in all weathers, they care for each vine stock in a different way, allowing the grapes to develop to the maximum, even during pressing, from the appearance of the first bud to the final harvest at the end of the summer... They do all this using methods that are respectful of the environment.
