This Champagne, which is partly vinified in oak barrels, reveals a slight rosé colour with pale glints. It is seductive and lively on the palate and brings subtle aromas of red fruits, new-mown hay and ripe wheat. The finish is characterised by the minerality of the Meuniers of Passy sur Marne.
