Tasting notes Colour: Elegant garnet-red colour. Nose : Intense with mineral (graphite), balsamic and smoky notes mingling with a touch that evokes eucalyptus. Mouth: The aromatic explosion experienced to the nose is accompanied by silky tannins in the mouth and great freshness overall, with a liquorice finish. Food and wine pairings: Served at 15/16° C, this cuvée is a wonderful accompaniment to a tasty lamb ragout, but aloos for many other spicy, full-flavoured dishes.
