Tasting notes Colour: Deep ruby-red colour. Nose: Complex bouquet of spices (pepper and cinnamon), tobacco, mocha and stewed blackcurrants. Mouth : Full, velvety, grilled and fruity (black cherry joins the blackcurrant) aromas, with a very refreshing liquorice finish. Wine and food pairings : Serve between 16-18° C which will make it go perfectly with a skirt steak with morille mushrooms or rib steak with sea salt.
