Let yourself be seduced by a Blanquette de Limoux Brut in the best tradition. The colour is light with pale golden hues, the bubbles are fine and lively. The nose evokes white flowers and fruit. The palate is fresh and delicious... A Blanquette de Limoux is a sparkling wine made from Mauzac, the grape variety iconic of Limoux. Here it is blended with 10% Chardonnay. In its brut version, the method used is a traditional method identical to that used for Champagne and Crémants. What has changed is : the terroir, the blend and the time required to become sparkling. Serve chilled. Ideally to be consumed within the 2 years after purchase.
