The Vin de Paille is the result of the careful selection of only the best grapes. Laid out in creates on a bed of straw, the drying of the grapes lasts for 3 to 4 months, in ventilated granaries.The must of the pressed grape is naturally very rich in sugar, often more than 320 g/litre.After a long period of fermentation in a cool cellar, the wine is aged in 600-litre barrels for a minimum duration of 3 years. Tasting Olfactory : An intense nose, exhaling complex aromas of candied fruit, apricot, caramel, candied orange and honey.Gustatory : Palate revealing a wonderful balance between sweetness and astonishing freshness.A very persistent finish with notes of dried fig. A superb wine, full of finesse and roundness, which gives it a great deal of elegance.
