AOC Anjou-Coteaux de la Loire

Loire

From a clay-schistous terroir, this deep-red wine made predominantly from Cabernet Franc with a little Cabernet Sauvignon offers a nose of red berries with spicy notes. The attack is superbly silky with plenty of volume in the mouth. It will make the perfect match with your roast, grilled and spit-roast meats, small game, fresh goat's cheese, Camembert and young Brie.

DOMAINE DE HAUTE PERCHE

49610 Saint-Mélaine-sur-Aubance - Loire

A vineyard located in the Loire Valley, 10 km south of Angers (Maine-et-Loire). In almost 35 years, Agnès and Christian Papin have been able to build the reputation of Domaine de Haute Perche. The family vineyard, benefiting from an exceptional geographical location, is creating, around the AOCs, the best nectars in Coteaux de l'Aubance and Anjou Villages Brissac. The art of the wine-maker has converged with the approach of the vine-grower, continuing to preserve all that nature provides. Nothing is gained from a high yield, the right amount should be produced, in order to fulfil the Papin motto: excellence.
