Château du Grand Jas is a family wine-making estate located in the heart of the Var department, which has developed a Provençal identity that is both modern and traditional. This estate has been run by one and the same family since 1896 and is currently managed by the fifth generation. Olivier Forni, a passionate wine-maker, has, in his late forties, already acquired much experience, with more than 25 vinifications under his belt; creating wines of great purity and balance, representative of the best Côtes de Provence.
