Brilliance with a pale yellow tint and very fruity olfactory qualities and a beautifuly, long finish in the mouth. It's maturation with lees helps to maintain its youth for 1 or 2 years. We stop the alcohol fermentation process with cold temperatures so as to preserve a little residual sugar and to achive a semi-dry white wine.
