CHAMPAGNE FABRICE BERTEMES

Champagne

For four generations, our family Champagne house has adapted traditional methods to guarantee the quality of the Champagne, made and aged in the winery. Our vineyard is spread over the communes of Trépail and Avenay Val-d’Or. With Premier Cru classification, it is essentially made of Chardonnay. Our several plots of Pinot Noir bring their complete expression to our Champagnes.

A fresh and light Champaign, ideal as an aperitif, coming from a blend of several varieties, matured for a minimum of three years in our cellars.In the mouth it develops delicate aromas of linden flowers followed by intense citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit) and fleshy fruits (prune).Blend : - 95% Chardonnay - 5% Pinot Noir. 2012 harvest + reserve wines

A lively and elegant Champaign made with carefully selected grapes (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) chosen for the quality of their terroir and maturity. It expresses aromas of white flowers and dry flowers (acacia, lime). Fruity summer notes (white peach) and a touch of honey mingle with these fragrances.Blend : - 80% Chardonnay - 20% Pinot Noir
