At the helm of this rising Burgundy estate, known and frequently awarded, are Jérôme and Stéphanie, proud representatives of the family lineage. With humility, Jérôme manages this family heritage, aware of the work of past generations and his responsibility for future ones. His ambition is to produce wines that reflect the estate’s character, becoming ever more expressive and enjoyable for his clients.

In the vineyard, Domaine du Beauregard practices reasoned viticulture, favoring plowing, inter-row cultivation, natural cover crops, and organic amendments to maintain soil fertility and nourish the vines to produce quality grapes. The estate is also heavily inspired by Biodynamics, respecting the lunar influences on vineyard work as much as possible.

In the winery, Stéphanie and Jérôme emphasize showcasing the terroir and vintage through the specific characteristics of each appellation. Additives are minimized, and lunar influences are considered to time the racking and bottling processes appropriately.
