Domaine du Beauregard: Burgundy Elegance & Sustainable Commitment
A Family Story in the Heart of Burgundy. In Saint-Sernin-du-Plain, nestled between the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise, Domaine du Beauregard has cultivated a family vision of winemaking since 1810. Today, Stéphanie and Jérôme — the fifth generation — carry this heritage forward with a blend of tradition, precision, and respect for nature. Their goal remains unchanged: crafting authentic, elegant wines that stay true to Burgundy.
Sustainable Viticulture Inspired by Biodynamics
The estate is guided by a respectful approach to living soils and balanced vines. The vineyard is tended without excess, focusing on:
- natural stimulation of the soils,
- reasoned and limited treatments,
- biodiversity as an essential ally,
- methods inspired by biodynamics to strengthen the vineyard’s energy and balance.
This philosophy allows Burgundy’s great grape varieties — Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté — to express their purity, finesse, and true character.
Wines of Remarkable Finesse
The hallmark of Domaine du Beauregard is its gentle elegance — a precise, refined style where aromas shine without ever overshadowing the terroir. Winemaking is meticulous and measured, favoring freshness and balance, with subtle oak use when it adds depth and texture.
Each cuvée tells the story of a place, an exposure, a family, and a specific vintage.
Signature Cuvées of Domaine du Beauregard

Maranges Le Saugeot: A wine with character — ample, delicately fruity, and expressive of the southern Côte de Beaune.
Maranges 1er Cru Les Clos Roussots: An exceptional cuvée offering intensity, personality, and length — a noble expression of Pinot Noir.
Bourgogne Aligoté Aux Queues de Renard: A bright, lively, floral Aligoté that stands as a fine ambassador for its grape variety.
Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune Blanc: An elegant, ample, mineral Chardonnay shaped by the freshness of the higher altitudes.
Bourgogne Pinot Noir “Origine”: A return to essentials: pure fruit, natural balance, and the authenticity of the grape.
