Blend : Grenache 50% and Syrah 50% This dessert wine is produced by means of manual harvesting of over-ripened grapes, with very thorough sorting. In order to stop the fermentation process, natural alcohol is added to retain the sweetness and preserve the strong aromas of red fruit. This wine, which should be served well chilled, can accompany chocolate with a high cocoa content, grape crumble or even chocolate desserts.
