The Champagne Claude Rigollot is located in the côte des Bar in the region of Bergerès. The history of this house goes back to more than 5 generations, the family always made it their priority to respect the environment and still works with an environmentally responsible spirit. Today, Emmanuel is at the head of the estate and keeps on producing cuvees without any insecticide and with an organic fertilizer. To be different from the other champagnes, he is very attached to the aging of his champagne. His cuvees age for at least 3 years to enhance their complexity.
