The Bord family runs two properties: Clos Jean and Château Rondillon. The two vineyards, located on slopes in the centre of the Loupiac appellation, benefit from a first class topography and are south / south-west facing. Traditional varieties (Sémillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle) result in wines that have a good complexity in the mouth. The average age of the vines is older than 37 years. For more than six generations, the tradition has been continued, with great pride, by the Bord family. Loupiac is a commune located 30 minutes south of Bordeaux on the right bank of the Garonne.
