Tasting : nose dominated by exotic notes and aromas of white flowers. The palate is rather full, with a richness that makes it very pleasant for a Muscat. The Muscat aromas are nicely expressed on the palate, giving this wine a really gourmet side. Particularly recommended as an aperitif, it will go well with goat's cheeses, asparagus, smoked and marinated fish. Tasting recommendation Muscat is a tasty yet fry wine, and is therefore perfect as an aperitif. It whets the appetite and can be followed by any meat during the course of the meal. Muscat is also perfect in the springtime with asparagus, either green or white, or even with smoked salmon. It is an original alternative to Riesling with poached fish. It also enhances vegetarian dishes with cooked or raw vegetables. And what about storage? A wine to be appreciated in its youth. The fruity aromas and crispness on the palate that make it so successful are somewhat ephemeral. Preferably to be consumed within 3 to 4 years.
