The prestigious vintage of the estate, it presents an assertive structure with silky tannins and is the most accomplished expression: vinified from a high-end raw material harvested by hand, from low yields, aged in the cellar. for twenty-four to thirty-six months in barrels and in vats before bottling. The majority Syrah comes from the Vilalfranchian terroir, the Mourvèdre from basaltic scree and the Grenache from dolomitic limestone.
