A selection marked particularly by Merlot and from the oldest parcels. It's a powerful and smooth wine with aromas of ripe fruit, vanilla and with delicate toasted notes. In the mouth it has beautiful, tannic structure, full of woodiness. Ageing for 12 to 16 months in new barrels from French forests and from Minnesota. To drink after two or three years minimum with traditional cuisine, winter dishes and good pieces of beef. Reaches full maturity after 5 to 8 years and can keep for 10 years for the best years.
