The colour is a magnificent canary yellow, with golden tones. The nose explodes as soon as it hits the glass: White and yellow stewed and candied fruits reveal themselves immediately. The presence of apricot, quince, peach and mirabelle scents can also be noted. You then get notes of exotic fruits coupled with a touch of honey and vanilla. The palate confirms the olfactory sensation with a wonderful sweet structure, alongside a lively and refreshing finish thanks to the reasonable acidity of the northern wines.
