A Story of Passion and Terroir. Since 1936, Les Vignerons d’Alignan-Neffiès have embodied the tradition and collective spirit of Languedoc winemaking. Born from the merger of the Alignan-du-Vent and Neffiès cellars in 2009, this cooperative brings together more than 300 committed winegrowers united by a single vision: to produce authentic, sustainable, and accessible wines.

A Unique Terroir between Garrigue and Limestone Plateaus

The vineyard lies on a quintessentially southern French terroir, blending clay-sandy “boulbènes,” siliceous pebbles, and Mediterranean schists. In Alignan-du-Vent, the northern winds naturally ventilate the vines, enhancing the purity of the grapes’ aromas. In Neffiès, the sun-drenched hillsides bring out the power of Syrah and the finesse of Grenache. This mosaic of soils gives rise to an exceptional aromatic palette — a true expression of authentic Languedoc.

The winegrowers cultivate a rich and balanced range of grape varieties: Whites: Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Muscat Reds & Rosés: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cinsault, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon Each grape variety is planted according to soil composition to reveal the full expression of the Languedoc terroir.
