The AOC Nuits-saint-Georges is located in the Côte de Nuits, covering some 310 hectares of soils ranging from silt, marl and limestone to alluvium. The red wines are well-balanced and full-bodied, with notes of red and black fruit (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant), leather and truffle after a few years in the cellar. They should be kept for between 5 and 15 years, to allow the tannins to round out. White wines, firm with aromas of brioche and honey, can be kept for 2 to 5 years.
