Domaine de Haut-Gléon

"Located in the Vallée du Paradis, in the heart of AOC Corbières, Château Haut-Gléon is a majestic property among scrubland and forests with 36 hectares of vines, where thyme and rosemary, as well as rare Mediterranean essences dominate. This vineyard offers a wide range of varieties (Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Merlot, Syrah, Carignan, Grenache Noir, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir). Château Haut-Gléon produces mainly red wines (80%) but also whites and rosés (20%). In Haut-Gléon, the terroir is made up of various soils (quaternary period terraces, clay-limestone scree, gravel on clay decalcified by limestone), with different exposures. A mosaic of terroirs and expressions that our oenologists marry with their talent. The microclimate in the Vallée du Paradis gives our wines an uncharacteristic freshness for the Corbières."
