This South-Western white wine has a luminous, pale yellow, crystalline color. On the nose, it seduces with expressive aromas of white-fleshed fruit, fresh citrus and an exotic touch of lychee. On the palate, the attack is lively with good acidity, developing flavors of grapefruit, lime and tropical fruit. Its round, generous texture is balanced by a fresh finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes wonderfully with seafood, grilled fish and pairs surprisingly well with blue-veined cheeses. An ideal IGP Côtes de Gascogne white wine for lovers of fresh, aromatic and well-balanced wines.
