2018 - 75 cl

IGP Côtes de Gascogne

South West France

Thanks to our chalky Ténarèze terooir and our new cellar with its oxygen barrier, designed in 2010, we are working unceasingly on the purity of the aromatic expression of this wine which has become the Domaine's signature dry white. The 50% Gros Manseng, 40% Sauvignon and 10% Ugni Blanc old vines blend develops fruity floral intensity, with vivacity and length in the mouth. This crystal-clear wine expresses itself on a nose of acacia flowers with aromas of wild peaches and a refreshing mineral finish.

DOMAINE CHIROULET

32100 Larroque sur l'Osse - South West France

In 1993, Philippe Fezas was the fifth generation to take the reins of Domaine Chiroulet, which had been in the Fezas family for 150 years. Located on the upper Gascony hills, the estate gets its name from the word “Chiroula”, which means, “the wind that blows” in the local dialect. Knowing how best to benefit from this blowing wind and the south-facing sun exposure, Chiroulet produces characterful wines that can be drunk throughout a meal: from aperitif to digestif.
