A blend made from a careful selection of our Grand Crus parcels in Verzy and Verzenay, and from reserve wines aged in barrrels, this cuvée, which represents the quintessence of our terroir, has then been aged in lees for a minimum of 3 years from its bottling until its date of disgorgement.A very beautiful, slightly amber colour, a sign of maturity and great richness of fruit. The attack is both round and lively, evoking grapefruit, melon and then smoothes our on the palate, with notes of vanilla and toasted hazelnut.. This is all accompanied by an elegant acidity, with gives the wine plenty of balance and wonderful freshness, with a long mineral finish.
