This wine comes from sand and gravel soil. We vinify it in vats and leave it to ferment for two weeks to extract color and tannins. The wine is then aged in vats to preserve its fruity character, before being bottled.
Sight: limpid, bright red with violet highlights in its youth, then slightly tinted as it ages. Smell: typical Cabernet Franc nose, dominated by red fruit.
Taste: clean attack, lots of fruit, smooth tannins, easy to drink.
