Grapes selected from the property owned by Jean-Charles LASSERRE. This is a coastal vineyard, selected for the quality of its terroir (clay with gravel and siliceous limestone pebbles), its winegrower and its vine population (4 ha of Gros manseng, 7 ha of Petit Manseng). Harvesting is carried out manually and realised by means of successive sorting, with the first earmarked for the production of this Jurançon Sec. Pressing is moderate, settling and fermentation are performed at a regulated temperature and bottling takes place at the end of winter, after 3 months of ageing on lees. COLOUR : A pale yellow colour with green and silver hues. NOSE : Intense and fine, revealing aromas of fruit and citrus, with a long and round finish.PALATE : Sweet and fresh, with a balance between fruit and citrus,and with a long and round finish. Ready to drink right away for its finesse and playfulness, it will store for 4 to 5 years.
