Grapes selected from the property owned by Jean-Charles LASSERRE. A remarkable terroir on account of its gravelly clay and siliceous limestone. A vineyard that is very well-kept by its winegrower, by hand and using traditional methods. Harvesting is carried out manually and realised by means of successive sorting, with the final 2 earmarked for the production of this Jurançon Sec. drainage, moderate pressing, static settling and then fermentation at 18°-20°C. Aged on fine lees for 12 months prior to bottling. COLOUR : An intense and brilliant straw yellow. NOSE : Very expressive, with an elegant complexity : Pineapple, mango and orange burst forth in turn. PALATE : A wonderful attack with aromas of candied fruit. A beautiful, balanced concentration in the slightly lemony, long finish.
