Harvested by hand, the Cabernet Franc variety is grapgrape variety is used 100% for this traditional method. Organic Crémant de Loire with fine bubbles that will tantalise your taste buds. A pale golden colour with brilliant hues of straw yellow and very fine bubbles. Pure and intense nose with accnts of yellow fruit and a touch of peach. A self-assured palate, thanks to a nice balance of vinosity and freshness, with direct scents and a lemony note. Full-bodied and long, this brut wine will go well with a grilled fish, as an aperitif or with fruit desserts.
