Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, from a selection of specific plots, are the main grape varieties used in this Bergerac rosé. After harvesting, the pressing time must be optimised to preserve the palest colour possible and separate the juices to improve the colour. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats.This pale pink rosé with notes of violets, Gariguette strawberries and a hint of lime for freshness should be served between 8°C and 10°C.Gold Medal at the 2024 Bordeaux Wine Competition.
