Anjou Blanc sec de garde from our best plots, the over-ripe harvest is slowly pressed at low pressure, and the resulting nectar is put directly into barrels for a long fermentation. The resulting wine will also remain there for 14 months, resting on its fine lees, until bottling at the end of summer.
Structured, saline attack, iodine with good concentration. Notes of quince, apricot, dried fruit and ripe pineapple.
