Made from Cabernet grapes, our Anjou red offers a palette of aromas, notably of fresh red fruits, as well as the strength to cope with 4 to 6 years' aging, and even more in some years. It's the wine of friends with whom you're at ease, of family who share the potluck and of convivial meals without fuss.
The silky tannins of this wine are obtained by harvesting at the cusp of over-ripeness, followed by a short maceration of six to twelve days, depending on the vintage. The pressing that follows, slow and respectful, reveals the best characteristics of the Anjou terroir.
