Champagne Fauvet-Courleux
A family Champagne house for 3 generations, in Prouilly (Massif de Saint-Thierry), 15 km from Reims. HVE and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne labels. Three grapes: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay.
Champagne Fauvet-Courleux is a family house that has innovated for 3 generations. The estate is based in the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry, 15 km west of Reims. Our vines, planted on hillsides across 2 terroirs (Massif de Saint-Thierry and Montagne de Reims), enjoy the best exposure for their development. The values of the Fauvet-Courleux House, upheld for more than 15 years, have earned the HVE (High Environmental Value) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne labels from 2017, making it a Champagne reference in respect for the environment.
Our Champagnes come from the three typical Champagne grapes: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We want to offer our customers the chance to accompany every moment of their life with our wines. The cuvees are released at least 3 years after the harvest and are ready to be enjoyed.

Two hillside terroirs, one Champagne signature
Planted on hillsides between the Massif de Saint-Thierry and the Montagne de Reims, the vines enjoy a privileged exposure that favours a fine ripeness of the grapes. This dialogue between two Champagne terroirs gives the cuvees their balance: roundness and fruit on one side, freshness and tension on the other.
The three Champagne grapes of the House
Each cuvee draws on the three typical grapes of Champagne: Pinot Meunier brings the fruit, the suppleness and the roundness; Pinot Noir gives the structure, the body and the vinosity; Chardonnay offers the finesse, the freshness and the elegance. It is from their blend, or from their sole expression for the blanc de blancs, that the different styles of the House are born.
