Sacy Premier Cru, a terroir that gives relief to the cuvees
Sacy is one of the villages classified Premier Cru in Champagne. The vineyard rests on a mosaic of sandy, silty and clay-limestone soils, bringing generosity, balance and freshness to the wines.
The house particularly highlights Meunier, the identity grape of the area, which it pairs with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to compose a precise, consistent and deeply Champenois range.
A house that moves forward without betraying its roots
The management of the vineyard is part of a reasoned approach, with an assumed environmental commitment. The house is committed towards the HVE (High Environmental Value) and VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne) certifications.
The aim is clear: to preserve the living today to keep producing great champagnes tomorrow. It is neither a facade speech nor an option.
The Damien-Buffet champagnes, a legible and expressive range
Brut Expression
Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier
The house's flagship cuvee, from a blend of the three grapes with reserve wines. A brut focused on the balance between fruit, freshness and finesse.
Brut Meunier
100% Meunier
A 100% Meunier that claims its terroir: fleshier, fruitier, very indulgent. A champagne of conviviality, immediate and generous.
Brut Rose
Blended rose
A delicate, charming rose, in a crunchy and tangy register, with a tender palate and a fine mousse. At ease from the aperitif to dessert.
Demi-Sec
Blend, generous dosage
Based on the same blend as the Brut Expression, with a more generous dosage. A cuvee for the table, ideal with desserts, dry cakes and bold sweet-savoury pairings.
Brut Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay
A luminous white with notes of fruit, citrus and white flowers. A supple, round palate, perfect as an aperitif and formidably effective with seafood.
Brut Pinot Noir
100% Pinot Noir
A cuvee with a more assertive style, structured around Pinot Noir. Relief, elegance and depth define its profile.
Brut Prestige
Chardonnay-dominant, Pinot Noir and Meunier
An elegant cuvee dominated by Chardonnay, balanced by Pinot Noir and Meunier. Fine bubble, floral and summer-fruit notes, a lively and precise finish.
Brut Cuvee Collection
Blend, high proportion of reserve wines
A very aromatic champagne, marked by citrus, hazelnut and light toasted notes. The large contribution of reserve wines gives it depth and complexity.
