Champagne DAMIEN-BUFFET has been a family property since the 15th century and is known for being the oldest family of the village located in Sacy near Reims. The three authorized grape varieties can be found there: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. Known for its Meuniers, Sacy is one of the 44 regions (out of 312) classified Premier Cru. The property produces wines with a perfect regularity. These champagnes, elaborated with good care and patience, express the authenticity of a noble terroir and the grapes are from one of the most prestigious crus. Each bottle is a new source of inspiration. The cuvees are full of fruity, floral and fresh notes, generous and authentic. Each bottle is unique. The vines are cultivated in regards of the protection of the environment. The vineyard commits to a reasoned viticulture where the number one priority is the respect of the vine. The estate is in the process of being certified HEV (High Environmental Value) and SVC (sustainable viticulture in Champagne).
