This lesser-known grape is so central to their identity that they are often referred to as the “Vignerons du Secret.” Their greatest ambition is to restore the Négrette grape to its former glory. This is why all their cuvées have evocative names: Le Secret de Louis (named after a son of one of the winemakers), Révélation, Secret de Fronton, and more recently, “Confidence.” This 100% Négrette cuvée received the Coup de Cœur 3 stars from the Guide Hachette this year, a significant achievement and well-deserved recognition for this group of winemakers who proclaim, “Together, we go further.”
