Only nine months after creating the estate from scratch, the first bottling took place, a symbolic milestone marking both the birth of the project and the team’s energy.

Two major projects are planned for the future:

Development of a five-hectare plot funded through participatory investment, turning it into a showcase for responsible viticulture.

What drives Christine Gautrot in the vineyard?

Christine truly discovered wine when she began working in the vineyard in mid-2024. Driven by a desire to learn new skills and take on challenges she had never faced before, her motivation comes from contributing concretely to the cuvées and progressing day by day, row by row, from the vineyard to the cellar.

Her most vivid memory is pruning in January, a whole week at -6°C in frost-covered vines. The work was hard, the effort intense, but the satisfaction of persevering and mastering the art of pruning gave real meaning to her career change.

How did Arnaud Iffat catch the wine-making passion?

Arnaud caught the wine-making passion during an internship in his second year of agronomy school. There he met passionate winemakers constantly seeking improvement and innovation. Since then, his drive has remained unchanged: to create and achieve goals despite climatic challenges, maintain technical consistency, and continuously improve the wines.

Hedges, oaks, hazelnut trees, and olive trees will accompany new plantings to help the vines better withstand climatic challenges. The partnership with Terra Hominis brings together more than eighty micro-investors to finance an additional five and a half hectares under lease, with rent paid in bottles. This collective dimension creates a strong emotional bond and economic support around the project.

The historic grape varieties of the Southwest come to the fore with Mauzac, Duras, and Braucol, three native Gaillac varieties.
