Located in Montels, at the heart of the Gaillac area, Domaine Puech Roques today spans 4 hectares in organic agriculture, with the ambition to reach 8 hectares by 2030. Created in 2024 by Christine and Stephane Gautrot, alongside the oenologist Arnaud Iffat, the estate embodies a rare approach: shared governance and an innovative partners' pact. In ten years, Arnaud will become the sole owner through a progressive, considered transmission. A unique model of winegrowing transmission, at the heart of one of the oldest vineyards of France.

The support of micro-investors (Terra Hominis)

Thanks to a partnership with Terra Hominis, more than 140 micro-investors support the estate's development. Part of the new plots is financed collectively, and the land rent is partly paid in bottles, an original formula that unites wine lovers and winegrowers around an innovative, human and concrete project. Another idea of the vineyard, cooperative and sustainable.

Bonaval (Mauzac): an elegant white, pear and citrus. Las Combes (Duras, Braucol, Syrah): a structured, spicy red. Precise, complex cuvees, aged 6 to 12 months, that express the depth of the lieux-dits of the Gaillac terroir.
