Tasting notes Colour: Bright golden yellow with straw-coloured glints. Nose: Very elegant with a quintessence of pineapple, hazelnuts, lime, aromas of quince and vanilla blended with toasted bread. Mouth: Starts with a predominance of tropical fruit aromas that will evolve into more mineral buttery scents. Wine and food pairings: Serve at 10° C with seafood and fish dishes, white meats and also foie gras, blue cheese or fruit desserts. This wine can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
