Viognier

The most recent of the new grape varieties implanted in the Domaine de Moulines. An exceptional wine, with the express condition that very careful attention be paid to the yield. We prune very short, which does not prevent us from practicing thinning during the vegetation period, as such that we remain below the 40 hectolitres/hectare mark. Viognier is thus a wine with an exuberant nose of peach and almond, but with plenty of freshness and finesse, richness and a good length on the palate. this is a wine to be enjoyed young as an aperitif or with pan-fried foie gras. Average proof 13.5% vol. Stores for 3 years. To be consumed at 12/13°C. Variety : Viognier Aromas : Violet, peach, apricot.
